Lacks the ability to plan a trip with multiple destinations. My previous navigation device's companion app had the ability to add multiple destinations and then allowed you to rearrange the order with drag and drop which would update the path on the map display before allowing you to send to the device. This is a really useful feature but is lacking on this app so you are forced to do it directly on the device. This is a bit clunky and the device does not display the same up-to-date addresses.

Nice the 1% of the time the app connects. Both my phone and the Garmin show they are connected but the app say not connected. Both app and Garmin are fully up to date and the phone is a newly released one. Its been months ands rare for any phone to actually connect through Bluetooth. Which is pretty sad because sometimes it like to say an address doesn't exist and the app the only way to force the address to be accepted. Edit: new phone and it still does it. Definitely not a phone issue

I absolutely cannot live without my Dezi, it's a lifesaver! However, one little thing can be a bit of a downer. It seems like it's always leading me down toll roads, even when trying to avoid them! But don't let that discourage you - overall, I love using Dezi! It's a fantastic tool that helps me easily reach my destination. Plus, let's be honest, Google isn't much better with its constant attempts to get us to spend money. So, if you're looking for a reliable navigation assistant, Dezi is worth
