App doesn't allow me to login or register and just says "something went wrong. Try again. I have tried deleting/reinstalling the app, clearing cache and data, but nothing works. Was requested by the customer support team to contact them by twitter or FB. Neither of which I use. I attempted to send an email to the customer service address and get an automated reply back saying emails are no longer responded too. The service provided by the nectar team has been shockingly poor.

Doesn't work. I used to have a nectar card and had 50000 points. I moved away and didn't use it for a while and these were taken away. I intended not to Nectar again until they started forcing you if you dont want to get ripped off on the rare occasion I end up at a Sainsbury's. Since then I've tried to sign up again. The app says my email address doesn't have an account, but when I try to recreate one, it sends me back round the loop to sign in. The help button doesn't work. Bad app, bad firm.

It's good and using it is easy, however the offers should automatically be added to the card and there shouldn't be a need to 'load' them to the card. The personalised nectar prices are very good offers sometimes. This also works very well with the smartshop app. It would be good if the app sent push notifications of the week's best offers
