I recently ordered the Instax Wide Link printer, but after wisely reading the reviews here about the cropping issue that hasn't been fixed in years, I'll be returning the Instax as soon as it arrives. Guess I'll just get the Polaroid Hi Print instead. It has USB C anyways, where the Instax has Micro USB. Shameful.

Broken with latest update. Won't run, complains about needing file permissions but I've given all permissions, nearby devices, etc. Fix it.

I cant believe the zoom issue hasn't been fixed yet. Perfect example of when company doesn't care about their customers.

Thank you for contacting us, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
We have found that closer the photo size is to W:H=2:3, area that gets cut off wii be smaller. So, if you could adjust the photo size to either 9:16 or 10:16, when taking photo or after, that would help you to print photos in requested size.
