This seems to be a very dumb and uncustomizable app. For example, you can only turn reminder notifications on or off. It notifies (and wakes me up) at 8am, And I do not believe there is any way to specify when the notifications start or the frequency. Also, when adding water, it gives you a short selection of things like water, 8 oz. Bud I log my water as my 24 oz bottle as I consume each bottle. I'm able to add a custom quantity of water, but that is several steps. Doesn't stick around.

Hello! Actually you can customize and create custom cups from the app Settings > Cups section - here tapping on a cup icon will allow you to change the size. As for the reminders, we have multiple type of reminder types found in the app Settings > Reminders > Reminder Type: Water Level, Interval and Static. Not sure where do you see our app dumb?

I absolutely love this app. The best out there! I love visually seeing the body illustration fill up with water, knowing how much I still need to drink. And I especially love the desired hydration level indicator which moves over time, so that it is easy to estimate at what percentage you need to be throughout the day! Plenty of customizations too. For example, it is easy to add custom cups and volumes (be it water, coffee, soup, etc.!). Well designed, clean UI, user-friendly, and fun to use!

Overall the app has been really helpful! I love the widgets and apps on my smart watch that help integrate it all. Having it on my watch really helps me log water intake quickly! I even unlocked premium! The hydration level makes no sense though. Maybe add a help feature to determine how to manually log hydration levels? It would be cool to see a barcode scan or search feature that pulls hydration levels from a database of drinks to be able to add to my journal for caffeine and water tracking.
