It's a generic cookie cutter runner game, but runs terribly. The most interesting thing is the organs being modelled objects, and funcell using the organs and models from their other games for enemies and body parts. The voice constantly informing you of what parts you've added/lost also becomes obnoxious after a while, as is the constant vibration when collecting bones, and there doesn't seem to be a settings menu to change it. Unfortunately, you appear to only be able to play as a human.

Very fun, but it does have some problems. There's stages we're there's no Skills to pick up, and you're left to watch your hard work get smacked around like some daft idiot. These areas should only be as a bonus to collect cash or parts for the next stage. Then having the mini bosses that you can't avoid in stages with obstacles and very few Skills, hurt the game play. But that's just me. A person who has been playing video games since the 80's, what do I know about games

The game still doesn't have proper controls or response time. Even if you continue to play and over look that massive flaw, the game can be beaten in a single day. I did anyway. It might be a challenge to a 5yo though.
