It's pointless to have coupons for a mobile order if I have to redeem them in the store during the checkout process. The whole point of being able to place an order for pick up is being able to place the order before I get to the store. I can't name any other app that doesn't just automatically apply your coupons. It's uninituitive, and a thoughtless design.

App does not work correctly when earning points. Scan feature states only 2 items can be scanned in a 4 hour period. The next day still unable to scan receipts. Keep getting the 4 hour notice. Even the location to obtain help is not functioning correctly. I checked TOS which also states 2 receipts every 4 hours. No other contact information available for problems with app. Last resort a score of 1 star is appropriate for this app.

The new app will not let me scan receipts. Overall I have been very disappointed with the whole program even before the latest app. If you don't scan the receipt almost immediately, the point are lost A couple times I have gotten a receipt that didn't have the needed barcode. This program has been more frustrating then helpful.
