This app is defrauding it's users with style. I can't even count how many times I made purchased data to people, my account was debited but the data didn't go through to the buyers. The last one that push me to make this comments was the one that I sent airtime of N1500 to a customer, the money was removed from my account, the airtime didn't go through. And my money wasn't reverse non refunded. And above all the customer care service it's total nonsense. They will see your message and ignore it.

Please what is the difference between the old and new app? Why is it difficult for you to move the money paid on the old app to the new app. January 15 I made payment of N1000.00 on the old app. The payment was receipted but up till now my wallet has not been credited. All efforts to get the matter resolved were fruitless. I had to close the matter because my interlocutor was not ready to do the needful

I would have rated you 5 but, recently you have been insincere in crediting my payments. Over a week ago i purchased one gig from my wallet and was never credited till now even though yhe money was deducted from my wallet. Today i funded my wallet and i was even mailed that my payment was successful only to discover that my wallet was not credited. Such kind of happenings makes you look insecere before your customers. Sorry i dont trust you anymore
