I'm new to the app so my review could change, but so far for a free VPN service this app is truly remarkable. I live in the U.S and I connect to the Netherlands free of charge. I really don't see hardly any ads and it always runs smooth, you just have to reconnect every 6hrs or so. most VPNs that offer a free version usually want your credit card number and really aren't free. this app offers a reliable , quick, and easy VPN.

Many thanks to the support team for responding and having solved the connection fail issues! The whole situation just puzzled me, cause I've never experienced so many bugs in a row while using it, but it is fine, everything can happen. My overall experience is above satisfactory, so I think this app deserves 4 stars of rating with 1 star out for minor unexpected errors that might happen on the go. Still, amazing experience and fast connection. Keep up the good work!

Excellent service and product, it did everything I wanted without any problem at, it worked perfectly “out of the box”, looked at many, many VPN’s and Planet came out on top. My only comment would be on pricing, as I am an occasional user, and don't need it all the time, a slightly more competitive price would be appreciated (there are cheaper), of course price is not everything, and Planet VPN has proven to be a quality and reliable.
