App is ok, differently needs to be updated. Hasn't been since 2019, It's way over due. It takes way to long to update your pets location. The accuracy isn't to far off. Sometimes if you close out the app and open it back up later it doesn't work unless you take off the battery then put it back in and it will connect. Most important thing is update app and update pets location for quicker response, now it takes 1-3min on 100mbps wifi or 4G

HORRIBLY UNRELIABLE. 3 HUGE issues: #1 it isn't reliable. I took my dog to the pet store and the app said he was still in the safe zone even though he was miles from it. Refreshing does nothing. #2 inaccurate and very weak battery. the battery percentage meter on the app stays at 61% for days and then drops to 39%. The BATTERY LASTS A MAXIMUM OF 1 HOUR if you try to use the "live tracking" feature. #3 it will only fit on a SUPER THIN collar/harness.

Want to be frustrated at every turn then get this app. The easiest ompart was downloading after that its nothing but a headache. Im currently trying to reinstall app but not looking to good right now. It worked for a grand rotal of 30 min. Since then its pretty much useless. I find my dog better by yelling then with this app.
