I am not able to use the app. Everytime it throw error. First two to three month it was working fine. But may24 onwards it showing error. Please help. Indusmobile is fake. They called but problem is not resolved, bad services not able to use app since last half months. After multiple mail there is no reply. One of the poor service. I will going to close my accounts. ICICI Is much better than this.

Worst platform! You apply for credit card, they will share you last four digits of your credit card and then tell u it will be delivered, but u activate n use it. For that we need to install this app, but nothing happens! U need to register for a new savings account to use this app They will not even share with u ur card details. U keep calling support, they will say wrong department. Worst platform. Wishing to quit this before even doing any transactions.

Useless application engineers. They do not take 4 digit CSC number for the AmEx card they have given me during verification. Completely useless product team and QA team. Edit: After the above, they have asked me to mail them and explain the issue. It's a simple and clear case of bad quality of software requirements design and they cannot see it.
