It involves two users, one being the “tradesman” and the other being the “mobile canteen”.The application is to be used by these parties to connect them via food delivery. The mobile canteen commonly known as the “smoko van” in Australia is the most common method of delivering food and drink to labourers and tradesmen. The problem is, the method is very outdated which limits the communication between both parties. Not only this, but through validation it has proven that the system lacks structure, schedule and there is no awareness from the mobile canteens that this problem exists thus creating a problem for their customers being the tradesmen. The mobile canteens in turn are missing large potential earnings and business due to the lack of advancement and change in their systems.
