Signed up. Was approved. Started to get shifts and all of a sudden I was blocked. Called tech and they are supposed to be fixing the issue. It's been days and still no resolution. Told to contact a number to see if there were any shift available I which I did and was told to go to my app to check shift availability. I have been getting the run around.

I only get emails. Text notifications don't work and push notifications don't work. I frequently miss out on shifts because of poor notification of shift availability. I keep it because when I do get to accept a shift it pays better than the others. That is providing the shift doesn't get cancelled.

I have been active since maybe August probably longer then that.it is now Nov and i have yet to have any active shifts available. I have several facilities approved and nothing.i think it posted shifts for a week but of course,it was 2-10 and never posted anything else.for awhile i was also blocked from the app and had to reinstall.not worth it and a waste of time
