About this app

For registered monthly parkers in FlashParking supported facilities, the consumer app will allow for frictionless access to gated parking via our proprietary FlashBeacon Bluetooth technology. Monthly parkers will no longer need to roll down their window to scan a badge. They can simply use the app to connect seamlessly to the Bluetooth enabled kiosk and gain entry or exit automatically for an enhanced parking experience.

This app is essentially useless. Tried to scan on this morning and it wouldn't let me in, tried to use my I'd card to scan in and it didn't work either. So I hit the help button and nobody answered, so I had to take ticket. I'm a monthly subscriber and my work pays for me to have 24/7 access to the garage. But I can't ever get in thanks to flashparking's incompetence.

This app is trash; if your residence or community is looking at using it tell them to look elsewhere. Buggy, laggy, user interface so bad it's almost hostile. And it's not just me or my phone; I saw other drivers frustrated trying to get in and out of my garage every day. Fortunately, we were eventually offered RFID cards after complaining enough about this app, but while I had to use it it was daily frustration and misery. Stay away, and if you don't have a choice, start documenting complaints early and often: It's not you, it's this app.

This is garbage. It's for parking lot management looking to frustrate the tenants. The NFC works less than 25% of the time so you're forced to try to get the barcode scanned by jamming your phone out your window. Also had it suddenly need to reauthorize my phone as I was leaving the garage creating a back up. Completely inferior to a badging system.
