Overall, great. I have encountered two bugs so far. The first was fixed fairly quickly. The second one is a few days old and is currently still happening. All my ketone data suddenly became inaccurate and wrong. Hopefully, this can be fixed. But as I said, I have been very happy with the app otherwise. Updated 3/2 - I contacted the company and they advised to uninstall and reinstall the app, which I did and it worked. Problem solved!

After following the instructions in the manual carefully, I can't pair my meter to my Pixel XL. I've tried multiple times, restarted my phone, tried the memory method and the test strip method of turning on the meter, and nothing works. My phone can definitely see it because it shows up in the Bluetooth settings, but it won't pair in the app. I was looking forward to having an app to keep track of all of this information so I could see trends easily, and now I'm just frustrated and disappointed.

Paired with phone, no issues. Clicking manual import or when it initiated it says importing for several minutes before closing out and saying to be sure they are paired and on. Confirmed pair in Android and confirmed solid blue light but no different results. Devices were only a for apart. One of the buttons like a box with an up are crashes the app every time. Device is great other than pairing issues. No idea if it's the app or devices Bluetooth module causing it.
