App did work just fine on my old phone but will not open on my new phone. It needs to be update severely. If you access it, then its basic and just good for checking your account balances and transactions, make transfers between multiple accounts.

tho I do recommend for those who has Fort McClellan banking for quick check and savings transfers but does often to restrict the amount u want to pay even tho u can afford it so I had to link to paypal to get past that. servers would shut down at times not showing ur current balance and not sure if it's with all banks but restricts the amount of times u make a transfer from savings to checking only 6 times a month I think. so I do suggest it but keep an open eye on the small issues

everything seems very easy to do with FMCU APP,but the fraud alert system is awful. Follow up calls are with people many times do. Not have a grasp of the English Language. I lost trust in the fraud alert system because I opened this account in 1986. And in my view loyalty counts for many attributes and many times I have made my own nest. But FMCU has always been accommodating in recovering their mistakes which are very few.
