Tried to update my card information since the one in the system was about to expire. My account was then disabled. I sent an email and texted their whatsapp number and received zero response.

Efficient and Effective! I take less than 3 minutes to fuel up and get going. Also, I get to keep a digital copy of my receipts. Because of this, I only use Shell service stations.

Completely useless. I downloaded the app to my phone, added my payment info, but after multiple attempts no charges ever showed up on my credit card statement to verify the account.
