Worked well until the recent update. Now when I transfer from one account to another, after putting in my password to complet the transfer the app shuts down and the transfer does not work. There may be other bugs but haven't found any. Update. I got a new phone, Samsung a54, and the app works fine. Previous phone was an LG v60.

WORST MOBILE BANKING APP IVE EVER USED!! App always says error to contact the bank won't even load the login screen over half the time just a blank screen with that error message. Contacting the actual bank kind of defeats the purpose of this app seriously!! And they make getting in actual contact with something other than a pre recorded response that usually gets nothing solved before it disconnects the call almost impossible.

When they say new updates constantly, they mean it. Some updates will work, and some will lock you out. Half the time you can use this app, and half the time you gotta go online to Focus. Honestly, just as easy if not easier to just use the online service instead of app. Also, money can sit in pending so long that you will get a refund for the pending item sometimes before they even charge you for that item..meaning they kept your refund. This bank will try to get your money one way or another.
