DPP-IV Inhibitors

Type 2 Diabetes is a progressive disease that occurs as a result of metabolic dysfunction. Gastrointestinal hormones produced as a result of nutrient ingestion contribute to the secretion of insulin. They not only enhance the secretion of insulin, but also play a vital role in the neogenesis and proliferation of Pancreatic beta cells and the inhibition of glucagons.
