Love love love this app. The clothes are so good and fit 100%. Delivery is always on time and quick. The shop has absolutely everything. It's quick and easy to use on your phone/tablet/computer. The app guides you through the catalogue ( I'm telling you that the app had every clothes product - every size, every colour and variety of different types of style.

I see couple of bugs with their app which I don't like. They don't look for a fix even. 1. You have to keep login back again and again to the app even after using remember me check box. 2. Sometimes bag gets empty suddenly before 30days. I had couple of instances with that on which I added products in my bag and next day it was empty 3. Something is really wrong with their delivery charges. Which is getting increased day by day. Which is very annoying.

Hi there. We will pass this information on to our tech teams to review the login issues. We can confirm that a basket can indeed be wiped if the item is no longer in stock before the 30 days are up. Sadly as our items can be limited in quantity, they can sell out very fast. We can also confirm that we have recently adjusted our shipping fees.

Long standing customer since 2019. Prices have increased over the years, so what. It is still the best value,quality you will get. I mean the jumpers are the best,the dresses,coats. Did we mention shoes and handbags😅. I found their trainers always lasting. Yes its not £5 but not crazy money either!. Always orders are quickly processed and delivered. Hit and miss on sizes but with time you will get the hang of it. Remember the items are last season wholesaler's stock. Like high street brands.
