App and system to unlock doors is the worst experience ever. Never had issues with the normal cards. Have multiple times been rejected to login to app, can't reset password a few times and had to go home without any workout. When trying to open up doors it has happend to me and seen others multiple times who can't come in or leave. This is simply not acceptable..

Works very bad, takes forever to load and every time i try to open the app it says i need to get an update but there are no new updates!! I have updated it to the newest version and it still says that i have the old version so it's very frustrating, especially with the new mobile entrance i cannot really even get in the gym because of my app issues

Hi! We apologize for this problem. Unfortunately Play Store sent the wrong signal to our app for some devices, which caused the update loop. I hope this is now resolved for you and the app is working better. / Jenny, F24S

The app takes over a minute to load classes if it loads anything at all, it has touch issues ie. it doesn't register when you click on different items, everything you do has a lag. There is a bug that says that there are no classes. Searching for classes should be easy and fun, this new app makes me consider changing gym after 8 years.
