Adequate exercise tracker. It has a map, metrics, a "boost your workout feature, which I've never used, but I like the idea, and there's even a button for opening music apps, which I find kind of a unnecessary because it's almost as easy to open them normally. 2 small complaints: metrics don't show on the map, that's a huge annoyance, and if you zoom, the map stops following your location. You have to reorient. That said, maybe they have those on the paid version; mine is free.

The app is free, and if it has ads I haven't noticed them. Most teachers are seamless, the only thing that maybe doesn't have is the ability to pause automatically when you are waiting for a crosswalk or something, But honestly it could be somewhere in settings and I just haven't bothered to look. Once again, free, if there are ads that are unobtrusive, and easy to use. Doesn't require a login like some other running apps. Excellent

The app worked really well until about 2 months ago. The GPS is wildly in accurate. The same route will result in different distances or straight up won't track your distance at all. Recently, the app will give you a countdown before it starts and randomly crash afterward. If you don't check to see if the app is running, you'll be halfway through your run before you realize it was never tracking to begin with. I'm not sure what happened, but this used to be one of my favorite running apps.
