I love this app. In fact the whole Fitify suite. It's intuitive and leaves the intensity in your hands. I've noticed changes in physique and the techniques I use. The UI is modern and clean and I have had no issues with it over multiple devices, phone and tablet.

It's what it sounds like. Super simple and straight forward. Pick an area of the body you want to target and how long you would like to work out. Defaults to 5 minute increments but you can set any time you want. I do better with the app than trying to figure out what to on on my own. 🤷

Would be nice if the full body workout didn't include 90% squat moments. I really don't want to do squat variations 20+ times in one workout. It also seems like a waste of money if I cannot skip these repetitive moments.
