There's been a problem with the Android version since the middle Dec' 2020.Prior to this is was working fine & booking classes wasn't a problem. The app won't open anymore after opening it once. Membr seem to think it's a problem with my phone & after numerous e mails it's still not been sorted. I've downloaded the app onto my i pad & it works absolutely fine so obviously it's the Android version that's causing this. All other apps on my phone work fine. Membr need to sort it out.

I used to love booking with this app for my swimming lanes. It was so easy. Now, if I type in a date the screen is just blank. The only way to book a lane is to guess which lane is free and click on it then scroll through the whole week on the off chance it is free. I thought maybe it was my phone, but chatting to other ladies in the changing room, it seems I'm not the only one. Really frustrating when you need to book a swimming lane 😒. Why has all this changed? It used to be so easy.

Works well for me - quick & efficient. There are a lot of complaints here but I have had no problems creating an account via the "Forgot me" process (which is poor UX design to be fair), and actually using the application. Could be the way gyms are deploying this that is causing an issue? Either way, works flawless with my gym and even sends notices if I missed a class (which I cancelled halfway through the session)!
