Im loving this app! my only two critiques (and the reason it didn't get 5 stars!) is 1: it would be great to be able to fast forward and rewind workouts, and 2: in the Build Your Own meal section, it would be amazing to be able to tap the food items so they 'save' as your meal to keep visual track of what's been eaten throughout the day. I don't utilise the recipes as they don't exactly suit my dietary requirements, so being able to select (or even input yourself) food items would be great!

I am Loving the app it's easy to follow and is keeping me focused and on track its made my goals feel achievable. A few things I feel could make the app an even better experience would be 1. being able to create an online shopping list from the meals that have been selected for the week, simplified filter for meals & favourites list, more recipes to choose from. 2 having the option to choose between the workouts with someone talking and instructing through the videos or the videos without. ♡♡

would have given a 5 star if you were able to fast forward exercise videos. my phone died and I wanted to Finnish my exercise but I couldn't without watching the 40 min video again. I just wanted to do the last part. Also the app is Verry glitchy always have to restart it just to be able to get into a exercise video. Other then that love the exercises.
