Not user friendly or intuitive at all. Took me a week to figure out that I needed to uninstall the old app and install this one. Needed to transfer money from my checking to my savings both listed in the app and kept clicking on the transfers button on the menu which got me nowhere. Finally figured it out days later and then it gave me an error saying I needed to choose a date for the transfer... Had to go to "advanced options" to open that up which makes no sense to me. Its a basic option imo.

I wanted to be optimistic with this app, but I really don't understand... It's convoluted and lacks the simple yet efficient design of it's predecessor. There are a couple of maddening interface choices as well - like how it's far too easy for the menu to pop up when scrolling down. Further, I keep being randomly logged out... Why did they have to make a new app, again? - - - - EDIT: I'm changing my rating from a 2 to a 1 star. 4 months later and it has seemingly gotten worse, with no updates.

Oh no! We sincerely apologize for the troubles you've had with the app. As you scroll through the app, if you swipe from left to right, even without realizing it, it will cause the menu to display. It's very aggravating for the menu app to come up while your scrolling down! I know you say don't go left or right, but this so sensitive, it's impossible not to!!! I also find a lot of times my app doesn't open when it should, sometimes the wheel just spins and spins. I miss the old app.
