Both of the two apps you offer for paying bills give you way too little time to enter and submit the bills to be paid and many times I've been very frustrated bkz all my entries were lost and had to be re-done, completely, bkz i "timed out" too soon! I hope you can appreciate how bothersome this can be for your customers as I'm sure I'm not the only one having experienced this problem. Please fix this issue with your Bill Pay apps. Thank you.

this app is extremely hard to use never gets the correct password or username, even when it is correct it won't let me log in says happen multiple times, it's glitchy it's just not worth the stress. Imagine being a store and you need to transfer $0.10 and you can't because the app is messing with you and everybody is staring at you. That's what this app does to you

Not at the same level as other bank apps. However, user friendliness is great. I do wish it had the option to see how many transactions I had on my rewards checking account. Overall a great app. I LOVE the budget feature it truly helps me stick to my spending limits and makes me feel in control of my money.
