This is a very good idea and if properly run it would make employees lives much easier. The only issue I have with the app is that the Time and Attendance only shows hours/shifts worked for the previous month and not for the current month, it should be updated daily or at least weekly so that we could dispute any discrepancies before payroll cut off date, no use in updating Time and Attendance after payroll has closed for the month. With current economic situation we work on strict budgets.

Honestly fidelity I love you but this app is trash 🗑 it glitches every 5 minutes sometimes it says my ID has extra numbers .. sometimes it's updating every two days. The way to get in the app is very simple if someone knows your company number and ID they can see your confidential information. Alot needs to be done. I feel this app was not tested long enough

The App was working very well, it was helpful untill I updated it yesterday, It is no longer working .when I try to open it, it keeps on loading for too long, it takes more than five minutes, I'm very disappointed and frustrated 😠.
