I was looking forward to insight into my skin issues with this app. I did manage to get a good bit of knowledge and tips, but with some frustration too. It's fairly straightforward in how it instructs you to do everything, although it could stand to be a bit more lenient on the side profile as that's a hard selfie to get. And when I did. The biomarker test, my timer went off and said it was time to check it , so I grabbed my all and it reset my timer. So I'm not sure how accurate my biomarker is

this app was really helpful in the beginning and it still is. my only problem with it is that now the skintests take up to 2045 minutes. im not making that up thats a real number i got. i havent done a skin test since February. i miss when it took 5 minutes for an evaluation. but i have all of my pictures and its great for keeping track of how my skin has looked over the months.

Tried to upload photos several times but it always show Error. App simply doesn't work. Update 10/6: since the team tries to reach out and gives solution to my and every other people's feedbacks, I'll change my rating from one star to 2 stars for the customet service. Despite so the app experience has been a no to me, but I see this app has potential and hopefully when I come back to this app it will be complete and functional.
