This is good But in exercise 19 years below only. 1,2,4 minutes exercise i really don't believe that in 42 days if we daily do 2 minutes exercise only in morning so it can help us to increasing the hight According to me Hight will be perfect I you daily minimum 15-20 exercise

I just installes this app and it has too many ads. Every 2 seconds a new ad pops up which is getting very annoying.

What is this? The rhythm of the exercise is very chaotic, inconsistent, there is no intermission, and there is no improvement for half a month
