I accidentally orderer something, kudos to the help team they canceled it for me and they were fast enough.. but it's better to have a cancel option after ordering. Also There was no verification/ making sure that you want to order it. But lezzoo is useful to deliver packages from home to somewhere else.

Horrendously bad experience! Whoever designed this app needs to rethink all of their choices, compared to all other food delivery apps, it's absolutely the worst. I wouldn't order from them even if they pay me to do it. Can't even login my bank card customer service said it's the banks fault meanwhile i used the same card with other delivery apps and it works fine. Absolutely laughable service and experience, do better otherwise you will lose all your customers rightfully so.

Super app but recommend to have some standard regarding their customers support. It needs a lot of improvement in terms of quick answering, the type of problem solving, and an extra team to get direct contacts with vendors. Overall, I love this app
