Recipes look good if you need them. Tracking your food with the limited picture tiles is annoying.. at the least you should be able to mark favourites so you don't have to scroll through stuff you don't eat to find what you ate if it even exists. The stop fasting should mark at the time you log a meal, why is it two steps? Similar if or a button to say start fasting while I'm logging meals not go to another window. I've pretty much stopped using the app for my tracking sorry.

The app is OK, in that does not allow you to make any changes or corrections to data when it is wrong which I find frustrating. Can't add own fluid amounts just have to pick what's available. Cannot choose vegan diet. Would like to see activity tracker added, also be nice to have the fasting times you've chosen start and end automatically does allow you to update the times. The recipes are great but can't select vegan diet! Love the shopping list, meal prep features & the diary app.

love the app and it has many fasting plans however lacks a customized plan if you want to do more than 23 hours and doesn't have the ability to edit the fasting's time once saved which ended up being a deal breaker as i often enter the wrong time and save. otherwise i would recommend it if you're not often hitting the wrong time and saving. it even has nice recipes and don't recall seeing ads while using it, however if there were it was unnoticed by me.
