only one fasting option (14 hour fast, 10 hour eating period) is available for the free version and when u open the app it asks u many questions to give u a customized fasting plan but doesn't show u the plan until you subscribe to premium. The app is pretty much useless to me at its free version, there are many apps that are free with a lot more options, i wouldn't use this app even if i only wanted the 14-10 fasting option as it's quite basic and lacks additional features.

Says it's free but won't let you use it without a paid subscription. Also, I specifically chose the "maintain weight" option and yet it still asks me for my goal right (I enter my current weight) and it goes on to tell me about weight loss and that it's making a "plan" to lose 1 kg.

No free trial, immediately throws you into a paid service. It would've been nice to have a free trial for a week to see if I liked it.
