Works alright for the most part, but something changed within the past month or so, and the application now crashes anytime I try to open the "My Rewards" section. Uninstalling and reinstalling did nothing to fix it. EDIT: It's been two months since I reported the issue above and nothing has been done to fix it. Changing my rating from 3-Stars to 1-Star for poor customer service from LevelUp.

Doesn't work right. App crashes, menu not updated. When i finally got an order places I had trouble submitting my payment info. just decided to pick-up at the location and didn't have oneof my items.At least I got something and a gift card for the trouble. App definitely has bugs, just stick with waitr or a platform that works. Online/ app ordering is easier when needing to make modifications to food

Please change FBurger Phone App to NOT DEFAULT TO PICKUP ORDER EVERY SINGLE TIME (versus delivery) if you can. Prior to the more recent App updates, FB App defaulted to delivery or whatever you selected last ( just like Door Dash and other Apps do.) Because this is not an issue with Doordash or Grubhub etc., I will occasionally forget that the FB App is different now, and that I need to select delivery every single time. My fault but still :) That said. Food and people are fantastic here!
