Very unrealistic pricing due to lots of bugs, freezing and app crashing that negatively affects fare computations thus leaving drivers with nothing to take home. The most unfortunate part is that even when drivers raise their concerns in the same regard, nothing is seen to be done to review the affected trips and effect necessary fare adjustments. This if not solved as soon as yesterday, it's going to push a number of Captains into the habit of price negotiations leading to loss of y by the Co.

My issue has been addressed by reviewers before me. This app has had issues when receiving orders for last 5 days or so. A request comes with sound alert but does not pop up over other apps in order to accept or pass. I called the hot line and was told it might be phone issue but I don't think so because other Captains have the same issue. Kindly try fixing this up so that we don't miss on orders. This will benefit the other ride hailing ups.

Faras would be a good app if a customer call could take a bit long like a second and it allows a rider to receive, Mine a call flashes in a micro second and it's gone hence no way to receive.... I can take a full day without receiving aperson.... i recommend it for customers cos it's cheap on their side naye on the side of a rider we work for nothing... A distance of 6K the app can show you 3K..then a customer gives u 2K only.... The customer care team is so professional and caring, Thanks
