Awful! On the app there was no gift box option and when i did it on the website they sent it without the box. I called the customer service and all she said was that I must be wrong and didn't click on the gift box option!! I asked her if I can get a box delivered she said no, I asked her to return the order she said i cant since it was on promotion. Worst customer service and app/website experience

Horrible app. Never pay online on this app. It shows stock which is not available. and once u pay for it, they send you an email cancelling the order but it takes ages for the refund to appear in your bank. Such a hassle!

The app is not syncing purchases you do via Web site. Moreover it had bugs that are preventing you to get free deliveries and gifts if you do purchases via tabby as its seems like considering the purchase as cheap and not eligible for free delivery. Very bad tested app and this has to be fixed ASAP!
