The app is good for chatting, calling, etc, but it crashes and lags if you send ONE too many photos/videos, and makes the app basically unusable. Also, sometimes when you call someone, you can not hear or see them. When this happens, they aren't muted, and their screen is black. This is a weird problem that has been going on for a while and hasn't been fixed despite me updating the app whenever I need to.

Hi messenger team! Fellow user here, and.. id give it a 5 if it weren't for these bugs: (1). I love that it comes with stickers already, but I kinda hate that it won't let me send my personal stickers. (2). Its hard to use with such big lag spikes, as in I open the app and it instantly crashes. Maybe try fix that? (3). It's nice and all but I just wish it had a mode where you can like phone speaker call, like with it to your ear. Iykyk. Alright that's all from me! I will def keep using this app

When I go to verify the account every time I get the same error, "Login Error. We were unable to log in your child. Try again?" I have been trying to get my son on for 2 days now, and it has been the most frustrating thing ever!!!! I have tried unistalling, reinstalling, clearing cache, changing permissions and settings etc. on both my phone and his tablet, but absolutely nothing works. Complete waste of time! This app is a joke!
