Here's what I have figured out. You cannot have your phone auto-connect to wifi while using your Exfo. You have to go to settings and turn that off, or else you will drop off the Exfo. Because of the pictures, the Exfo needs wifi, not Bluetooth, to stay connected to your phone. If you're having trouble, switch off auto-connect for the other wifis in your workspace. You can keep auto-connect for the Exfo since you'll turn it off when not in use anyway.

Your app update has broken functionality. You changed the connection method, and when I follow your instructions in the app, the app will not connect to the scope despite being connected to the device's wifi. I'm having this issue on two phones and I'm unable to do my job now (???).

This app constantly crashes and will not connect to my Pixel 2 XL. When trying to upload reports / measurements, the app constantly crashes and I can't get the data I need to complete my site work. Needs work or an update ASAP!!! Especially since we spent 2-3K for the scope to begin with, the app should match in quality.
