Slow to load balance, widget for card balance just keeps loading endlessly or gives an error. Chatbot in app doesn't work as the "send button" disappears when writing a message. No way to export data from the app, not even via screenshots as that is blocked. Transactions shown in app only go back like 2 months which isn't that great. Compared to solutions by other banks i.e. Nordea Wallet, this is severely lacking. The UI is clean and modern. Very few unwanted notifications. Wouldn't recommend

Cannot use app with my keyboard. What? The only app I have ever encountered with this "security risk" preventing you from using the app without the stock keyboard. You need to fix this, I have 10 other banking apps on the phone that work.

New rating for the app version 4.36.2: activation finally working and I was able to login to app. Little a bit slow app, but the now I'm able to set country limitations as well as verify online transactions. Anyway it was a poor call to launch a product that was not working properly at the time of the launch. Old version: Card activation fails :"use of service unsuccessful". Too early launch with insufficient testing. Now I have a card that can't be used.
