Eastside Pathways

Every child deserves the chance to be happy, healthy and successful. At Eastside Pathways, we strive to realize this goal by building a powerful network of partners dedicated to optimal health and development for all children from cradle to career. In East King County, many individuals and organizations passionately contribute to these efforts. Too often, however, they have addressed this critical work in silos—limiting their impact, leaving gaps and duplicating services. Forging common goals allows us to move beyond silos and develop a shared vision for change. Together, we follow a proven framework, using data to improve practices, policies and services. We discover efficiencies, eliminate barriers, pool resources and ultimately create better outcomes. Our aim is for every child to thrive in school and in life, with a path toward post-secondary education or training and a fulfilling career. It’s an ambitious mission. We foster the teamwork to achieve it.
