My wife tried to transfer money from her next paycheck directly to her bank account. Instead they tried to issue her a debit card saying she has to wait 7-10 business days to access it. Then, after using the useless customer support option, they repeatedly said they can't move the money back and cancel the card. She never signed up for the card, they automatically sent it after trying a transfer. Don't use this app unless you want a similar experience.

I WAS loving the app. It's easy to use, convenient, and helpful. However, January 25th, right after the last update, it shows my daily pay as $2 LESS than what I was making, and hasn't yet updated to the 2% raise amount, either, so my instapays (that I rely on, unfortunately, to pay bills) are less than they should be. I'll change my rating when this is fixed.

App was really good until it logged me out. I attempted to log back in, entered my number, was supposed to recieve an email, email was correct, but never recieved an email to log in, not in spam or junk folder. Pretty stressful when your money is tied up and they take away access and give you no way to contact them. Edit: I recieved no response from emailing support. Cannot use in-app chat as I have been logged out, unable to log back into the app.
