Genuinely the worst taxi app I have ever used! Every attempt to book was declined except for one, the one that wasn't declined said "confirming" for about 5 hours before declining. We were stood outside the pick up point in the cold waiting for the taxi which never came. Save yourself the trouble and ring a proper company that won't mess you around. Don't bother trying to phone either, they won't answer and I'm now wondering whether the app just a scam to get your card details... 100% avoid!

Your customer service I must say is the worst ever. The receptionist has ended the call on me three times now. I tried making a booking on the app which was declined four times without an explanation so I called to know why only to have her shout on me and end the call. I saw some good reviews from people that's why I decided to try out your services but I'm terribly disappointed.

Worst customer service ever. They kept declining my ride on the app and when I called the lady shouted at me cuz I kept trying booking. Cheap taxi cheap people. Noone should be addressed like that. The app is quite good is the people working behind that are bad
