Blue Ridge Rock Festival

It's great when it works but when everything else seems to open and connect this one doesn't. I can watch YouTube. Go on fb but for some reason the app doesn't load. Just a blank white screen. Works great with wifi. But when I'm in the venue, only app that doesn't work :/ which is inconvenient when they issue news, like to leave due to weather 😐 Would be great if they posted announcements on fb at least

App has been broken for a day. Just get a white screen and it never loads. It worked fine until they shut the festival down early on Thursday and kicked everyone out to stand in the rain, hail, wind, and lightning. Security kept telling us to go the wrong way and wouldn't let our bus leave for an hour after it was full. Not enough locations for garbage, and they didn't get emptied, so garbage piled up.

App was working fine the first couple days. But now that we are 2 days into the festival, it mysteriously needs to be updated when there is little to NO DATA RECEPTION anywhere on the festival grounds or campgrounds. Granted, this is the whole reason the app has not been useful because you can't get it to load in order to get updates and notifications
