Bad system. I try many times to select from private to commercial vehicle. But CANNOT. Please upgrade & make your system more easier. Details are correct filled in but why i unable to select commercial vehicle? In my case, system automatically select private vehicle which is wrong. And i cannot change it. Then,system will show 'pemeriksaan sukarela' / 'arahan jpj' instead of 'pemeriksaan berkala' which NOT SHOW in my list. So, what am i supposed to do? Just choose the wrong types of inspection?

Why bother with the appointment system if not implemented properly. Several times i booked the earliest slot and i came 1 hr before opening time - just to see 5 to 6 cars ahead of me. Another thing... my email has xxxx.co.uk format but considered not valid by puspakom even though the email is perfectly working

hi, we are committed to serving our customers within an hour from his appointment time. we normally take few bookings within an hour, depends on the capacity of the branch.

Your booking doesn't register even after already paid online. Fix this. No use if booking early. I have nothing to prove in the app when the officer ask me. All I have is a screen shot of the payment.
