What is the student platform and control:
It is a mobile application, designed and provided for free by Iskandar Soft for Systems, Consulting and Information Technology, as a contribution to supporting the educational process in the Republic of Yemen in all educational institutions (schools - institutes - colleges) so that the student can view everything related to him. Results, assignments, attendance and absence reports, account statements, fees notices, test schedules, costs, and other things that the school, institute, or college allocates to the student, so that each student can review what belongs to him, and is secured with a username and password that the institution places for the student in the file. which is being downloaded.

What are the features of the student platform and control:
• An easy-to-use application that is available for free to any school, institute or college.
• It does not require the entity to make any effort to enter data for students, subjects, or grades on the platform’s website.
• It does not require that the school or institute have any automated system. Rather, it is sufficient to upload an Excel sheet for the entire class at once with the click of a button.
• The entity controls the student’s name, login number, and password.
• The entity can download, remove, or modify the detection with ease.
• The entity can easily block the result or content of any student.
• The application is secured and each student displays only what belongs to him.
• The student can view the details of what concerns him or download it in PDF format
• It contains a report presented to the school, institute, or entity about the name of each student who displayed what belongs to him or uploaded it as a file, or did not follow up and display his files.
• It reduces the cost of publications and stationery and saves the entity large sums that would have been spent on printing and producing these results, assignments and follow-up books.
• It reduces the effort and great pressure on teachers. Instead of each teacher writing manually on each student’s follow-up notebook individually, and so does the teacher of the other subject, one file is uploaded for all the students in the class, and each student will present what concerns him.
• A great advantage in exploiting modern technology in education. It also removes the idea that phones are a toy tool only for basic stage students. The guardian can also follow up on everything related to his child, even if he is outside the country, and know all the activities provided that he obtains the login data that It belongs to his children.
• Enabling schools, especially government ones, to keep up with teaching methods such as those in private schools, even if they are manual, such as audit notebook activities, which government schools lacked, due to the lack of budget, the density of students, and the lack of capabilities, and thus they will keep pace with the latest developments that others have achieved.
• This method increases the teacher’s productivity, enriches the student’s knowledge with a large amount of information and issues that cannot be addressed during the class or lecture, and thus greatly develops the students’ abilities.

How does the entity (school - institute - college) obtain a free account as an institution on the student control platform:
1. The following is done by registering an application for an account on the IskanderSoft website:

From the home page, click on the tab: Student Platform.
2. A page will open containing a PDF file of the same content, and below it is a form to be filled out with the required data, entering all the fields, and finally clicking on the submit button. The following message will appear:

On the student platform and control

The data will be received and its authenticity will be verified. This will take two weeks to investigate and verify the information, and create a user name and password for the entity that will be delivered to the director of the institution, along with an explanation of how to use the platform through the application or website.

The entity can then download the student control and platform application, and start using it, and students of that institution can download the application and use it, after obtaining the login number and password from the entity (school - institute - college) they follow.


How students can obtain the platform application:
By downloading the application directly from Google Play, each student’s account will be obtained from the administration of his school, institute, or college after approving that entity’s account on the platform.
