It would be great if entries could be edited, but once an entry level is made it can't be edited or deleted. I tried to add an entry about bedtime energy level after I woke up the next morning and the app would not let me change the date to yesterday's date.There is also no option to add comments such as when I exercised. It is easy to use, though.

Very basic app, but has potential. It has the option of giving you a once-a-day reminder to log in your energy. I would give this app four stars instead of three if it had the option of setting several reminders throughout the day. If it had that, I would also probably get the premium version.

This is great for keeping tabs on how you're feeling and set any routines around it! Especially for myself with chronic illnesses, it's good to note when I'm having any flare ups and how they affect my energy - I use this daily now! ❤️
