Needs to be updated. There are several EVs that aren't listed to select when customizing your car on the app. When you call customer service they tell you to look in your manual and input all the details yourself. Meanwhile they don't check it for accuracy they just take your word that it's correct. This in my option is not how an app should operate. They need to provide a updated list off all EV vehicles that are available on the market.

The app's layout could use some work. It's not very intuitive how to initiate a public charger. To see updates on your vehicle charging status, you have to go to the map screen and wait for the ribbon to appear on the top that says Charging. However, once you figure it out the app works reliably and is quite speedy. My favorite feature is being able to see visual chart that shows how much energy the battery has taken over the course of the charging session, broken into time intervals.

The fact that the primary focus of the app for my home charger seems to be focused on finding public chargers is silly. There's already an app for that called plugshare that has user data and ratings in real-time. There also used to be API access for smart home integration which was removed. Functionality is basic at best. Basically you need this to use the charger, don't expect any useful metrics. If you're looking for good smart home integration, look into other brands of chargers.
