Endurance Mobile and their website are very slow. On both, there is no way to update information. Mobile app dashboard ( home ) is blocked by an update alerts box. This box seems to have no function to remove alerts after reading. It could also use a feature that shows a digital card to show shops. I called support about the alerts, and they had no clue how to remove them. Also, they stated that I was not the only one with this issue. Hope your developers address these issues soon.

They're a Joke! Do not waste your time & money with this company. They actually want you to wait longer than the 30 days/1000 miles they say in there ad, they didn't wanna help me cover the critical parts I need for my 2012 Buick Enclave because (that I don't have the money out of pocket to pay for) they claimed it's preexisting conditions before the policy took effect. Practically giving me the runaround, I repeat, do not waste your time & money with Endurance auto warranty.

It's the worst company ever when it comes to customer service. Their agent are not trained or capable of doing their job. I have been calling them for weeks for a refund they owe me because they talk wonders about their coverage, which is not so. I paid a whole year for a service that, when I needed it the most, told me that I wasn't covered. Then, they want to go ahead and deduct the mileage fee for the mileage I've driven from when the policy started to when I canceled it. Still no response
