It was working fine until the update. Unable to open the app on one device, the other which is my phone, works but unable to connect the mobile reader (moby 3000). It doesn't pull it up in the list. 07/03/23 update: Found out that location on your device has to be on. I found this from my own troubleshooting. There should be a message in the app saying that's a requirement.

Every time I use this app I have to go to Airplane mode. Turn it on then turn it back off before the app will let me log in to use it. I have talked to Verizon they tell me it is the app. Talked to first pay they say it is Verizon problem. Getting very tired of the pass off.

Once sale is completed you can no longer get back to home screen. You MUST force stop the app and then reopen and log back in to get to history in order to log authorization number.
