About this app

WatchFlower is a plant monitoring application that reads and plots data from your Xiaomi "Flower Care" and "RoPot" Bluetooth sensors. WatchFlower also works great with a couple of Bluetooth thermometers and air quality monitoring sensors!

WatchFlower is an open source software. By buying it here, you support its development!
It doesn't track your application usage, doesn't require an account, nor any other personal data!

The application is available in English, Chinese, Danish, Dutch, Frisian, French, German, Norwegian, Spanish and Russian.
Application developed by Emeric Grange. Visual design by Chris Díaz.

About Bluetooth Low Energy:
- While scanning for Bluetooth Low Energy sensors, the application will ask for "location permission". This is an Android requirement (see https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/connectivity/bluetooth/permissions). WatchFlower does NOT use your location, for any purpose.
- Many phones WON'T let you use Bluetooth Low Energy if your GPS is not enabled!
- Some Android phones have poor Bluetooth quality... Unfortunately there's little that can be done. Stay close to your sensors and let WatchFlower do the rest. It won't do any miracles but it has a couple of tricks to mitigate bad Bluetooth connectivity.
- If the application doesn't work on your device, just uninstall it to get a refund! (see https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637)

sorry but I didn't like it : cannot disable devices (i don't care about thermometers that are not useful), maximum sync update is 12 hours (would have picked something like 48h as i expect the app the try over and over whenever the device is not around... like most of the time), no alarm/warning settings, no flowers databases. it's just a graph application for your Bluetooth data.

Very useful app instead of the mi flower app. The app feels solid and reliable. No account or somethin, just scan and see the data of the sensors. Only thing is that is the database is not that complete yet.

Solid app for basic data recording. Solves the problem with chinese geo fencing of xiaomi sensors. I wish there was a way to set min/max values per plant... also a link (or even integration?) to a friendly plant database would be great. Thanks for the effort!
