Very simple, and it does everything I desire. I would like multiple timers for different addictions, but regardless I am extremely grateful for this app. It helped motivate me to quit when I was at my worst and every day that past made it easier to convince myself to push forward. For a simple app that is basically a timer with motivational quotes you leave, it is an amazing thing to have

Its a simple app, but it helps you forget how many days you have gone without a particular vice. It doesn't have labels (outside notes you write when you have to reset), there are no notifications, its just always there in the background for you to check when you forget or when you slip on your journey to break a habit. Just be honest with yourself, reset it when you fail and then take note of the differences in the length between the times you slip up.

Simple, straightforward interface, no nonsense, no fluff. Might could do with some more customization options but I find it to be an effective, unobtrusive reminder that gets the job done without a lot of needless reminders, pop up notifications, or gimmicky "oh boy, you get twenty eldergems on your quest o' Hero of conquering addictions! Don't forget to like us on Facebook and tell all your friends about us!"
